Dessa köpvillkor gäller vid köp av varor via www.msson.eu. Villkoren beskriver hur köp, betalning, leverans, ångerrätt och reklamation hanteras.

1. Allmänt
Webbplatsen www.msson.eu drivs av Thomas Magnusson.

Genom att genomföra ett köp godkänner kunden dessa köpvillkor samt webbplatsens integritetspolicy.

Köp sker mellan kunden och säljaren (Thomas Magnusson).

Fakturering, betalning och återbetalning hanteras av Frilans Finans AB, som tillhandahåller tjänster för egen anställning.

2. Åldersgräns
För att handla måste kunden vara minst 18 år eller ha målsmans godkännande.

3. Beställning
Beställning sker via webbshoppen.

När en beställning genomförs skickas en orderbekräftelse via e-post. Avtal om köp ingås först när orderbekräftelsen har skickats.

4. Priser
Alla priser anges i svenska kronor (SEK) och inkluderar moms (25 %) om inget annat anges.

Säljaren förbehåller sig rätten att korrigera felaktiga priser eller tekniska fel.

5. Betalning
Betalning sker via faktura genom Frilans Finans AB.

Fakturan har normalt 30 dagars betalningsvillkor.

Kunden ansvarar för att betala fakturan i tid enligt angivna villkor.

6. Leverans & leveranstid

📦 Frakt sker med PostNord.

Porto inom Sverige från 22 kr.
Porto till EU-länder från 44 kr.

Slutlig fraktkostnad baseras på försändelsens vikt och storlek och meddelas via e-post efter lagd beställning.

Produkter packas omsorgsfullt för säker leverans  

Msson.eu säljer endast till privatkunder

Förseningar kan i enstaka fall förekomma beroende på transportör.

7. Ångerrätt

Kunden har rätt att ångra sitt köp inom 14 dagar från mottagandet enligt gällande lag.

För att använda ångerrätten ska kunden kontakta säljaren innan varan returneras.

Produkten ska returneras i väsentligen oförändrat skick 

Kunden ansvarar för returfrakten.

Alla återbetalningar sker via Frilans Finans AB efter att returen mottagits och godkänts.

Kunden kan även använda Konsumentverkets standardformulär för att utöva ångerrätten.

9. Reklamation
Reklamation sker enligt gällande konsumentlagstiftning.

Kunden har rätt att reklamera fel i varan inom 3 år.

Vid fel eller skada ska kunden kontakta säljaren så snart som möjligt.

10. Ansvars begränsning

Säljaren ansvarar inte för indirekta skador eller följdskador.

11. Övrigt
Produkter ska packas väl vid retur för att undvika transport skador.

Säljaren förbehåller sig rätten att neka en beställning vid misstanke om felaktiga uppgifter, bedrägeri eller missbruk.

Terms and Conditions for www.msson.eu

These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through www.msson.eu. The terms describe how purchases, payments, deliveries, right of withdrawal, refunds and complaints are handled.

1. General Information

The website www.msson.eu is operated by Thomas Magnusson.

By placing an order, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions as well as the website's Privacy Policy.

The purchase agreement is made between the customer and the seller (Thomas Magnusson).

Invoicing, payments and refunds are handled by Frilans Finans AB, which provides self-employment administration services.

2. Age Requirement

To place an order, the customer must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Orders

Orders are placed through the online store.

Once an order has been completed, an order confirmation will be sent by email. A purchase agreement is considered concluded only when the order confirmation has been sent.

4. Prices

All prices are stated in Swedish Krona (SEK) and include VAT (25%) unless otherwise stated.

The seller reserves the right to correct pricing errors or technical mistakes.

5. Payment

Payment is made by invoice through Frilans Finans AB.

Invoices normally have a payment term of 30 days.

The customer is responsible for paying the invoice within the specified payment period.

6. Delivery & Shipping Times

📦 Shipping is carried out via postal services.

Shipping within Sweden from SEK 22.

Shipping to selected EU countries from SEK 44.

The final shipping cost is based on the weight and size of the shipment and will be communicated by email after the order has been placed.

Products are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.

Sales are made exclusively to private individuals.

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances related to the carrier.

7. Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must contact the seller before returning the item.

The product must be returned in substantially unchanged condition and, if possible, in its original packaging.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

All refunds are processed through Frilans Finans AB after the returned item has been received and approved.

Customers may also use the standard withdrawal form provided by the Swedish Consumer Agency.

The products are intended for normal use.

The seller shall not be liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or losses arising from the use of the products.

11. Miscellaneous

Products must be securely packaged when returned to avoid damage during transport.

The seller reserves the right to refuse an order if incorrect information, fraud, or misuse is suspected.
